Returns

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept REFUNDS!

Exchanges are ONLY accepted if you received an error/defective/damage in your order; but must be returned to our warehouse within 15 days of purchase. If you need to exchange for the same item because of a size issue, send us an email at paisleyoh@gmail.com; and send your item to: 4641 Eastview Dr, New Orleans LA 70126, United States. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with attached store tags/labels.

NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Several goods are exempt from being returned. We DO NOT allow returns on Kelss7 Accessories, but not limit to; sunglasses, hats, purses/handbags, hair bows, etc.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or accepted refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 days.  You WILL NOT receive a refund on shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your item to: 4641 Eastview Dr, New Orleans LA 70126, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you WILL NOT receive the cost of return shipping.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a shipping service that you can track or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will NOT be responsible for your missing product.
